RATES A 2 Night Minimum Stay is required and a 3 Night Minimum is required on all Major Holidays High Season: Friday Before Memorial Day Through Labor Day & The Month Of March DAILY RENTALS: An advance deposit equal to one nights stay is required to confirm daily rentals. Your deposit must be received within 7 days of the date your reservation was made otherwise it will automatically be cancelled. Daily rates are subject to 13% Occupancy Tax. MONTHLY RENTALS: An advance deposit of $100 is required to confirm monthly rentals. Your deposit must be received within 7 days of the date your reservation was made otherwise it will be cancelled automatically. We Do Not Accept Credit Cards For Advance Deposits. Cancellation: Deposit refunds will not be made unless we receive 4 days advance notice on daily rentals and 30 days on monthly rentals.
