An Advance Deposit equal to one nights stay is required on Daily Rentals. Your Deposit must be received within 7 Days of the date your reservation was made. Sorry , We Do Not Accept Credit Cards for Advance Deposits. Cancellation: Deposit refunds will be made provided we receive your cancellation notice at least 4 days prior to your scheduled arrival. All daily rates are subject to 13% Occupancy Tax.

MONTHLY RENTALS: DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH APRIL (NO MONTHLY RENTALS BETWEEN MAY AND SEPTEMBER Accommodations/Occupancy Monthly Rate

Monthly Rentals require a Deposit of $100.00 which must be received within 7 Days of the date your reservation was made. Sorry , Credit Cards are Not Accepted for Advance Deposits or Monthly Rental Payments. Deposit Refunds with 30 days notice.
